Manifolds?

Just looking for some input from anyone on which exhaust manifold is best (and affordable) for a stock turbo setup. Looking for more power and i guess looks. Is it better to just get the stock one ported?

ported stock manifold... everything else is going to give you 1-2 more whp in the top end, cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, and/or crack

your topic has been covered numerous times. Ported and coated stocker is the best bang for the buck.

I just bought a ported and gasket matched stock muse motorsports manifold for $75 shipped. Looks pretty good.

For some reason, this thread is gone:

No worries, I have a backup copy:

MAP's Rev2 is w/o a doubt the best ported stock manifold on the market. It's great bang for your buck and you WILL see real results on a stock turbo, as long as you couple it with a SS O2 housing (buschur, megan, etc). Yes the coating is worth it.

MAP's ported exhaust manifold is beautiful and proven to be the best.

In typical fashion, I'm glad to see the EvoM mods deleting more useful and informative comparison threads that were full of facts.

I've run multiple turbo's on both stock ported of my own and shearer twin scroll manifolds. While I haven't run the MAP ported unit, their workmanship is above all other's I've looked at, including my own. Call MAP and never look back.
