Anyone ever experience this:
So I was out pulling some logs with my tactrix 1.3 cable. I did not remove any pins so I get the ACD and ABS flash when I'm stopped. Anyways, my 7th run I start at 2100 RMPS and begin to ease onto the throttle at about 3000rpms I hear a poof from the engine and the car runs odd and I let off the gas. Somehow my log also stopped exactly at 3000rpms. I don't think the car popped out of gear but maybe that could have caused the issue. Another note, I have not pushed the car WOT yet, but I am able to get to .92 bar and it seems to be running normal. Anyone every experience this before? It's like the car built boost but then cut off and kind of died.
^^those 2 replies would be my vote. Realize that your original post doesn't exactly have current symptoms.
It is kinda like you explained to the doctor that you were trying to fart and you hear a poof and your pants felt odd. You don't think you blew your intestines out which could've caused the poof, and all we're thinking is that you might've simply crapped your pants.
*edit - when you have a major boost leak, such as a blown coupler, the car will usually idle fine but when the system tries to build boost it runs like ***. It would be good to know if you have blown a coupler before. Are you running SD in your tune? More information regarding your experience and current issues (and possibly setup) would be good!
