Idle Problem (Have Searched)

I've had my car for about 2 years now, first time this problem has come about. Mod list goes as follows:

Injen intake
Injen Upper/lower Intercooler piping
Walbro 255
PT 780cc injectors
AMS fuel rail
Hallman MBC
Hks SSQV
HKS Turbo Timer
HKS EIDS Type K
Hks 272 cams
Exedy Twindisk HD clutch
DNP Equal Length Turbo Manifold
Invidia o2 housing
Greddy Sport Tuned 3" Exhaust
Tein S-tech springs
AMS Small Battery Kit
Fresh Timing Belt
Stock turbo

Its really cold up here in ND, today it dipped -10F. Car was warming up and everything fine, after I started driving it is when the problem happend. The idle would go up to about 1800-2000 rpms and drop down to about 1000. It would bounce up and down and slowly level out until the car idled at 2000 rpms. It wont idle below 2,000 rpm's now when fully warmed up (idles fine warming up). Im thinking since its so cold out it might be something in the tune, but Im not sure. Also thinking towards a sensor. Is there a way to narrow it down to a certain sensor? I've also heard of the EIDS buggin out and causing wierd idles, I played around with that adjusting the signal but no change in idle. Would it be smart to recirc my bov for the winter? Also theres no CEL's of any kind. Any info would be greeat!

Thanks!

From my understanding you should recirculate while still on MAF as opposed to speed density, when it becomes more acceptable to VTA.
