Thumbs up Got my Greddy 4

Just a quick update on Project51 Evo: we got our Greddy 3row intercooler in. The core is R-SPL, it is a Supra 3row core, it is 600x300x100mm, and it FLOWS and COOLS proven 1000HP. Less than 1psi drop at 30psi pressure
Also, the inlet and outlets are 80mm (almost 3 1/4 inches)

Now we are just waiting on the cams and the 1600cc fuel injectors

The intercooler front area

Compare the IC thickness to a video tape case

The Supra has a Greddy T88H turbo, good for over 1000bhp

So is that the "kit" for the Evo 8 or is it truly a Supra "kit" and you are going to modify it to fit?

Any undertray cutting?

Also, if the inlets are so big, I take it stock IC piping won't fit? What kind of IC piping would we need with that IC?

BTW, that looks like a tube and fin design.

I heard the bar and plate is more efficient?

Or rather, what are the pros/cons of each design?

The core will fit. It will require removing teh stock bumper support, and proabbly a thinner fan. Piping will be custom.

Stock piping will not do it. But we will be making teh alum polished pipes.

Lets see how it fits first, and then we will do the piping.
