I was wondering if anyone knew what type of blow off valve the 2005 wrc lancer had? I assume an SSQ... but what type?

Start at 0:54 and try to look for it. Since it's WRC, they custom built their own BOV. A lot of the things they installed on the car, they mostly customed themselves.
