Nissan Versa battery?

So my buddy's Nissan Versa just got totalled and we were thinking about putting his battery into my car instead of buying a Mini Battery for a Short Route ETS UICP. What do you guys think?

I've heard a lot mixed opinions on the Odyssey batteries. So people say they are fine, but I've also heard complains of them dying really fast.

I figure with this being a OEM battery, it should last longer and work well in the cold.

I was just reading a lot about people using Miata, and Civic batteries instead of small batteries, and I figured this battery is about the same size as a Civic, so why not.

There are a few guys who run the miata batteries (modifying their stock tray). I think the Civic battery is a little bigger than the miata battery. Anyways, the battery you have should do a lot better than any of the mini batts in the cold weather.

Boostlogic makes/made a battery tray for the miata battery to fit in the evo.

I was going to run it (BL tray), but because it is spun sideways like other mini trays, and it's a longer battery, you can't run a stock airbox/ARC airbox.

Anyways, yeah. I think the miata battery is the way to go.

None of these are CCA which is what matters.

My buddy was working on an X6 at his shop, and the battery is located in the trunk. The battery is HUGE, like 2 feet wide and just massive. The CCA was listed on it and it was like ~900! Ridiculous!

PC680 has like 220cca.....so far mine has been good in the eastern winter, first year with it and hasn't let me down - but on real cold days it def. cranks slower.

Not really close to double, but it is bigger. We get the car back today from the body shop, so I'll get pics and probably try to install it tomorrow. Hope this works

there is a nice option with a miata battery tray.....450cca. If I have issues with my PC680 I may switch and build a new tray and get this battery.
