why do so many people use that BOV, it is garbage for our cars since we have a MAF and you can not VTA since all the air is metered, ditch that valve, get something decent like the Perrin recirc. valve that I use and chances are your problem will fix itself.

see its not that I really like the ssqv, its the fact that it came on my car and i have $11.00 to put towards a new one haha but eventually ill probably get rid of the thing. it seems more obnoxious than useful

Well what I meant was, if you did disconnect either of those and didn't let the car do an idle learn procedure, it would cause the idle to act weird. I didn't do an idle learn after disconnecting my battery once and it didn't want to idle. Disconnected it again and let the car idle for 15 minutes and all was good.

Its the crappy VTA bov. With all the info on this site you shouldn't have to wonder. Stock ecu with maf=bpv stock ecu with maf trans/aem= bov.

I just installed my Kelford 272's and finished the install last night, Fired it up and it idled great even without a tune, once all was warmed up idle was rock solid at 1000 RPM.

Give it a day or two.. It'll stall at lights without a tune..

i have this exact issue. I'm still wondering if it's my FP4R cams or my HKS Intake, or a combination of them. I noticed slight dips before the cams and with them the problem got worse. my tuner couldn't seem to figure it out. he made adjustments to my ecu, adjusted the idle screw....etc. tried telling me that it was my IAC valve. well i bought a new one and nothing has changed. i'm still living with it for now.

Tried messing with the bov, isv, intake, idle adjust/trims, leak test, etc...still don't know wtf is causing it
