Engine oil leak w/pics

So Im trying to find this leak from somewhere. At first I thought it was either the front main seal or the oil pump shaft seal but those are bone dry. But I did find something that I just can't figure out.

This is looking from the bottom to the top. The arm that the tensioner pulley sits on has a big oil drip coming from it. Deos this bolt go into the crankcase somehow? Possible location (bolt) that is causing the leak? I know it pivots that rides on the hyd tensioner.

This is looking up a bit farther. It should be the bottom of the engine mount bracket. The bottom of it is wet with oil but the top of the mount is dry.

Any ideas anyone?

Just letting the car run about 5 min there is a streak of oil from hitting the belt and spewing oil everywhere.

The leaking bolt goes into an oil gallery. Remove, apply sealant to the threads and replace.

Nope, that doesn't go into any oil galley. I used a q-tip to dry out the threads and nothing came back out.

On the tensioner arm, is there any type of sealant that goes on the back side or some type of gasket?

I have all the bolts with rtv on them. I will start the car after I get a new VC gasket, mine ripped when I took it off last night.
