Tranny help!!

whats up guys. i got this wierd problem. about a year ago i had my clutch replaced with a street "beefier" clutch and a lighter flywheel. now every time i drive on the freeway for a long time (30min+). i "feel" my tranny disengage, followed by a rattle and loss of power. i fix it by letting off the accelerator, and giving it gas again. 3 mins later same story... WTF is it!?
I talked to the garage that installed it and they said its because its aftermarket...
What i want to know is, whats going on? is it messing up my tranny or just needs a couple bolts to tighten?

UPDATE!
Ok guys after much research...i found nothing..so i decided to post up a video. hopefully someone can hear it and understand what the heck is going on. im suspecting is not the tranny, cause someone told me you cant hear the turbo spool when it happends..
HELP!

its not cause its "aftermarket"... it sounds like they dont know what they hell they are talking about. It almost sounds like the car is losing power and then regaining it. You can get the same affect if you flash your car while driving... it dies while the flash is writing and then when its done, it comes right back as if nothing ever happened.

sounds like they messed something up, or you broke something.

I'd make them take it back apart, or go to another shop and have it done and video tape the process.... i have a feeling you may be going to get your money back from the other place, or visiting small claims court before too long.

Hopefully you dont break anything in the process

Your existing tune. Anyone that does tuning in you're area should be able to do it for you. Otherwise get a creader from eBay. Just type in creader.
These codes are more common when you already have a cel on. Typically for your rear o2 sensor not reading a catalytic.
But just find someone to update your tune/rom to take care of the p0300.
