camshaft indentification

Exclamation camshaft indentification

hey guys i just swap out my camshafts with a set of kelford 272's. my question is the ones i removed were not stock cams and the only part number that i can see on them are es 4604. i tried searching but no solid results. anyone have a clue who makes these? i wanna sell them but need to know what they are.

I was told they were BC 272's, by the previous owner that I had found on here a few months before I sold the car to you.
