My first lathe project

So i have this new(new to me its older then me i think) lathe and decided to try doing balance shaft.It came out perfect no wobble at all.Heres a quick cell phone pic its already in car.

Nice machine work, CNC or munual. Material used? Template used, tolerances kept? I want details.

manual the lathe is old school but does the job.Its a stock balance shaft with excess material machined off.tolerences are same as stock the thing spins true.
