Ok, so... I bought a wrecked 03 Evo 8 for a project. Part of that includes a block with a hole in it the size of a baseball. Naturally, that bent exactly half of my intake valves and half of my exhaust valves. I ordered new valves, and I'm in the process of replacing them, but I ran into a snag. I ordered stock replacements for an 03 Evo 8, and all of the intake valves are right, but the exhaust valves I received are 4mm narrower and ~4.2mm taller.

So...does anyone know the dimensions of stock exhaust valves for Evo 8s and Evo 8.5s? I'm starting to think maybe this head is from an MR, as I believe they have a different exhaust valve. They're stamped with N9 (or 6N...lol) on the face, so I'm kinda thinking these are stock from something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I don't know what the valves you have new are from, but the valves from the MR are the same as any mitsu 4G

should be a 30.5mm head and 6.55mm in length
