okay so i have an 06 evo ix
mods:
exedy twin disc, header, turbo back exhaust, 272's, tuned by ivey technologies

problem:
car is making a very loud whine noise. sounds like its coming from the engine bay, if i come to a stop sign and throw it in first at about 5mph a loud whine/ rotating noise seems like its coming from the left tire almost, or left side of engine.

It almost sounds like a rotating belt noise or something a supercharger would sound like.

this also happens in other gears. i can be cruising on the highway in 5th let off the gas completely and the rotating noise will appear. throw the car in neutral, it goes away, hold in the clutch, it goes away, get back on the gas, it goes away.

ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS NOISE COULD BE AND WHERE ITS COMING FROM ?

i guess its a possibility but I dont see how, ive had no extreme launches, last time i laiunched was atco over 3 months ago. this just happened out of nowhere and it seems more like a rotation noise. it whines in first gear. second gear nothing third gear nothing...4th and 5th rotating sound...it sounds like something is stuck in my tire. clutch engaged, it goes away.
