Tough to find any info on a set up like this, as an exhaust is usually one of the first things people do to Evos. I have pretty much all the bolt-ons, little TME turbo, mild 264 cams, otherwise stock head and bottom end, high flow cat and DP, SD (V7) and e85.
Noise (or lack of it) is however a priority over power but I'm curious how far people have tried to push it before back pressure ruins the party and what tuning strategies are employed.

You are restricting the heck out of your exhaust and turbo by having a DP and HFC but then no cat back exhaust. Essentially you are bottle necking your exhaust. Although a cat back does not add that much hp, a full exhaust will make exponentially more power. Get a cat back with a resonator in it and that will keep down the noise.
