Is my EPM dump okay? (pics inside)

I just picked up this epm dump v2 from member here. When I got it out of the package, I realized that the end of the dump tube was somewhat bent and the tip of the dump tube was bent as well. It looks as if whoever put it on modified it a little bit by making the pipe a little smaller in diameter. The bottom tip, however, looks like its possibly bent from speed bumps or road material.
Recently one of the sponsors on here was selling a shearer dump with the same modification, and he said their would be no performance loss at all because of it. I just want to confirm that I wont lose any real big power because of it and also I wasn't sure if I needed a donut gasket of some sorts (last picture).

Thanks!

Do I need any special donut gasket here for the install? ^

The dump is fine, just not pretty. I don't think you need a donut gasket, but I could be wrong.

U can take to a muffler shop and then can straighten out the end of the dump for like 20 bucks other then that it's fine...
