Which one will spool sooner? Which one has a higher max hp output?

Theres not much info on s300's on 4g63/4g64s, alot of honda guys use them but spool and power oput put of there 1.8l is ALot different than my 2.4l

 

We're running an S362 on my buddy's car, seeing 38psi by 5200 on a 2.0 and making 700+whp on E70 winter blend.
