Is everything plugged in?

Check every connector.

Are both sides of the coil packs plugged in?

Cam sensor plugged in?

Etc

By has fuel, do you mean it has fuel pressure, the fuel injector are clicking and fuel is entering the cylinder? If just has pressure, keep checking.

It gets fuel I pulled a plug to see and it was soaked!! All my sensors are plugged in and right 2nd time I've replaced both of them since I've owned the car! Also sorry for the late responses I work nights!

My educated guess is Cam Timing incorrect. What marks are you using? The Trigger plate that is sandwiched behind the cam belt pulley or the serpentine belt pulley? Maybe the trigger plate is on backwards. Check the marks on the serpentine pulley.

This sounds like a problem with the cam or crank sensors. I can't recall if its even possible on the 4g63, but make sure it's not installed 180 degrees out of phase. Additionally, if that checks out, reuse your old sensors and see if the car starts.

I'm using the crank trigger plate to get timing perfect in the thread I was using it said everything should line up after 3 rotations but with mine after 3 rotations my cam gears are pointing down and everything else is lined up I've tried retiming just the cams and nothings worked so I'm lost at this point! Any help is greatly appreciated!! I've also put on the serpentine belt pulley for the crank and everything lines up the same besides the cams. Everything on my car lines up after 6 full rotations!

Something must be out of whack and I'm not seeing it. Mine will only line everything back up after 6 rotations

The cam timing will align every two revolutions [ 360 degrees X2 ]

The cams line up every 2 rotations. All three marks besides the cams only line up every 6th rotation. This is a tough one. Just go through and verify every step of the timing belt job.
