Really depends... Yes the stock FPR is capable of 1,000 hp, but having the option to easy connect a fuel pressure sensor, adjust the fuel pressure, connect a analog fuel pressure gauge, and easily use different size AN size fittings is something you should consider when deciding to go with an aftermarket FPR or not. Looking at your planned fuel system set up, adding a FPR will not be a significant additional costs. IMO an aftermarket FPR will give you more flexibility with your planned fuel system.
What does your tuner recommend?

dont really have a tuner as yet....its a hard decision as we dont have any david buschars here in australia....im very limited here in australia with the stock ecu.......id like to keep the stock fpr for stealth but my friend who is biulding my motor keeps suggesting it but he is not tuning it....im somewhat new to fuel systems......woulda been great if someone like bradley or others would come to australia to tune cars here and there, they would make a killing hahahahaha
Ted B and Aaron Bradley know their ****. I heed their recommendations always. And Buscher did prove the stock FPR is rock solid and can handle a crap load of power when he first tested the double pumper if memory serves.
Your builder may not have the experience and level of expertise that they both posses. But, most fuel systems of your caliber use an adjustable FPR. I'm sure your builder has his reasons and I'd go with his recommendation. You might pay $120 for a decent adjustable FPR, and maybe save yourself many headaches because your builder is not as familiar with stock FPR as Dave B, Ted B, or Aaron B. IMO... get a good tuner and let your builder and tuner decide if you need or not.
