RS and Evo 8 tranny
can anyone plz explain to me difference between this two gearboxes?
as I know top speed on RS tranny is a bit smaller, but can any one gve me numbers of 1-5th speed on RS

this one is an easy search...It should say it in your owners manual otherwise. I also just noticed you have a UK model...

The USDM RS Evo gearbox does not, in fact, have RS specific gear ratios. The USDM RS model Evos share the wider spaced ratos found on the USDM GSR 5-spd.
AFAIK, for non-US markets, there are three different RS gearboxes available from the factory. There is a "short" box, a "medium" box, and a "long" box. You will find more info on LancerRegister as the British cousins do have access to all three RS boxes. I am not sure whether the only difference between the three levels of RS boxes is strictly dependent on different final drive ratios or the cogs themselves are actually spaced differently.
