I don't understand what your exactly asking? You are saying your buddy can get you a good price on a wide band, but then you say is there a replacement for a evo.

Wideband's well most of them are universal as they don't actually physically connect to any part of the car to function correctly. Except for the bung you have to weld in for the sensor and the power to make it work.

But if it's the sensor you need replaced what is it hooked up to as like this one would work for AEM gauges:

----Edit---

Scratch that lol all you want is the replacement 02 Sensor for the evo Correct? Not Wideband
Here ya go: http://boschoxygensensor.com/results...roductTypeID=4 Wasn't That Hard. Huh?

Good Luck

ok well then you are going to want to go with AEM or Innovate (There are a bunch of other choices). Both can connect to evoscan which you would use for logging purposes. I personally used an innovate Digital Blue gauge and i love it. No problems yet.

I am pretty sure Bosch just sells sensors and not gauges.

AEM uses a UEGO Sensor
While Innovate uses Bosch Sensors (I Think)
