Missing at Idle after highway drive.

Im having this problem with my 04 evo. After a highway drive, coming to a stop, the engine misses. Sometimes at around 80 mph it randomly misses for a second or so then throws a random missfire code. Once brought off idle it runs fine. Sometimes it stalls when taking off from a stop. It goes away when car is shut off for a short stop and then run fines.

Anybody have the same problems or any ideas?

I have replaced the plugs, wires, and coils from a known good evo and had no effect.

What mods are all done to the car? I would check the car for boost leaks by pressure testing the system. Check plug gaps, Do you have a dv valve or vent to atmosphere?

Plugs are new and gapped right. It only does it after a long drive. Mods are full exhaust. Filter and tune. I don't think it's boost leak because all thepower is still there and idles fine most of the time. Something is heatsinking and make it random missfire. Oh and stock bov.
