Intake house question

Hello guys/gals. I was wondering if anybody out there has a problem with their intake hose popping off? I changed mine to the RMR aluminum intake pipe and I had to remove the piping that goes from the IC to the throttle body. I tighten all the clamps back after the intall. I thought they were tight enough then while I was passing a car on the freeway, the one that goes directly to the throttle body popped out. I was wondering....How tight do you have to tighten this damn thing. could it be just the clamp or something else like the BOV not release the pressure. I'm kinda new to turbos so any help is appreciated. BTW is there a better hose clamp out there that I can use?

thanks
