hey guys I recently got my built 2.3 stroker motor and today when I popped my hood there is oil everywhere out of the dipstick. I had the buschur dipstick spring on and im 99.9 percent sure it was on, but now the spring is no where to be found. I cant figure out how it could have popped off with the spring on but does anyone have any inputs on what could cause high crank pressure ? the motor has about 8k on it and the rest of the stuff has 105k. I was guessing maybe the pvc or maybe because I have a breather valve on the valve cover. Im also running high boost (30psi)..if anyone has any idea what it could be, that would be great..thanks!

I got a friend who face similar problem and been thru hell to figure out what really happening until 1 day after he done his top overhaul....
The pop up issue gone...

 

high boost will pop the dipstick thats why ppl put springs on them like you had .... get a new spring and make sure your venting ur head properly ie. catch can
