Yes I am using one on my car. and yes 5 psi is way to high , however I am pretty sure, that the suction from my mouth could not attain 5 psi, if so I now understand why my wife married me ( ok maybe a little to early in the morning for that retoric)

I'm changing my setup a bit and was wondering simply which fitting would have the least amount of restriction/highest flow. A 90* fitting vs a 90* hose end. My head tell me the 90* hose end because the curve is gradual. Anyone throw me a bone?

Probably not really going to make a whole lot of difference at the volume levels you'll be moving. If it did you'd want to increase the fitting size all together.
That said the hose fittings look better. Can't go wrong with that.

I was lucky to beta test the new Garrett v-band twin scroll turbine housing so I promised to provide data in exchange. Hence the thermocouples, pressure sensors, and turbo speed sensor.

I run the same check valve... And i have my scavenge set up at a 45... Still havent tested with a pressure tester but i can say at idle my exhaust seems to pull more vacuum then my pcv...
My turbo got dicked up so i've had to dismantle a lot of **** to figure out if it was the turbo or other systems...but maybe when i get it back together i can move my boost control sensor for a bit and test other pressures... I know at temp my engine pulls -6/-7" hg at idle... I just need to test turbo charge pipe vacuum and exhaust vacuum...
