Well We have got almost everything done on the car and when we tried to start it for the first time it wouldn't start. The fuel pump comes on but we have no spark.

This car was purchased as kind of a basket case. Some things were missing, some were loose and some were in the trunk. Its a 2003 EVO with 75000 miles.

Here is what I have checked.

Checked all fuses
Lined up cam marks with cam gears
Verified TDC
Replaced cam sensor(original one was missing)
Charged battery
Looked for connectors not hooked up
Replaced the ECU and had it flashed to stock with the boost solinoid and the immobilizer both turned off.
Hooked up scanner and it has no codes


Not sure what to check next. I was wondering if there might be a theft switch somewhere the previous owner installed?
Can I test cam and crank sensor some how? I assume these would show up with a code if they were bad?
