Fuel rail and regulator?
Tons of people run the oem regulator with no problems, most swap the regulator to bump the base fuel pressure to get a bit more out of their injectors.
OEM Fuel rail has said to flow well for most, however with the introduction of E85 and a higher volume of fuel needed to support that, people usually upgrade the fuel rail at this point...

The stock rail and regulator are fine for quite some time. People who run double pumps and large flow options like to swap out the regulator if they are running higher pressure at idle, as the high pressure can over-run the stock regulator and lead to a lopey idle.
That being said, Fast_Freddie is correct, the only real time a new rail is needed is for high flow big HP alternative fuel builds.
