Yes the HKS are mild cams and that is why on a stock turbo you will be okay with stock valve springs and retainers. Yes they can but they will fall flat on their face.

OP honestly just ask EM every question you have. He will answer them all with honesty and how he feels about all your choices. You can get 400 on the setup i was running. Red, Kelford 272's, 1050 injectors, Buschur IC, Buschur Exhaust, Head studs, Dual Springs and retainers. Those equaled 409 on STM dyno with 93.
