You should base you decision on the MPH you'll reach at the end of the 1/4mile and if the motor you have will support that RPM at the end of the track. For the ams900x turbo I would go with the 4.11, you can reach close to 160mph safely with your 2.3, that's of course if you can even get to 160...its pretty tough

Check all the Private FS sections and see if the people will work with you to ship it, I've seen a bunch of the prices and you could save a lot of money for some parts.

best advice i have seen check the for sale section for real I know I did and FOUND EVERYTHING i needed except Manley I beam rods got them from NoLimitMotorsports for a nice discounted rate. As far as the length of my build I had back up cars but I wanted it done right and not put people on a dead line. I find when you do that things usually dont go as planned or bolts are missing or not tighten as they should be etc. Shouldnt rush something thats costing 17k-22k but thats my opinion

I'm doing a 2.0 for right now, to keep the motor safe.

The only reason I wanted a 2.3 was because I could do it quicker and cheaper than a 2.4 to keep the motor safe...but I don't care now, since I'm doing the 2.0 I have more time to have fun and save up for a 2.4 build like yours.

I've always wanted a 2.4....between you making 625@25psi on the Black, mrtalon making 800whp at 35psi on a 6262 and JB making 648whp on pump with the HTA86...the choice is obvious of which is the superior motor
