I never noticed how small the BOV port is on the compressor scroll side. Looks like ~20mm?

So far I have fitment problems with the 7670 and Full Race T4 Twin Scroll manifold. I had to cut away the engine mount to get it to fit.... see the pics of the sierra sierra evo front engine mount is completely different. The problem is that BOV on the comp housing and with the larger/wider turbo center section. We will see if the mount will hold up after moding it.

So remember that when you buy a manifold and they say to you it fits, no problem.... ask if a grinder comes with the manifold.

I want to see guys fitting a 8374 with this manifold with out cutting the car to pieces.... Full-Race manifold!!!

Trimming the front mount bracket is something that has been noted with other BW turbos, not a huge deal really.

Let's see some pics though!

the wastegate ports...there are 3 of them. So plug two of them and use the other. There is plenty of clearance there. Not to mention you haven't installed the dumptubes yet, so the gates aren't oriented properly.

Can you install your o2 sensor in your downpipe? It doesn't look like it.

Grinding on the engine mount was stated several times before...not really a surprise. There are other kits that require you to grind this, and they aren't nice enough to tell you about it.

can you take some more pics with explanation on how the downpipe doesn't fit?

I think the BW EFR turbine inlet and outlet flanges are in the exact same positions as the Garrett T4. If the Precision T4 fit before with that manifold and downpipe either the Precision T4 is slightly different, or you just have your downpipe rotated weird or something.

you can rotate that down pipe as you please it does not fit.... it presses against the rear of the AC compressor... see last pic above... the 3mm/ 0.11' gap.

If the housings are the same size as the gt40 that fits... then I was supplier a bad part/down pipe

fitting your dumptubes is going to be really hard with that thicker radiator, I had to go with a CBRD slim rad in order to get the proper clearance.

How does the turbine housing fit with relation to the block? Does it touch the block right where the balance shaft is?

The turbo you're showing with fitment issues in the pictures is the 8374 (not the 7670), right? They're different physical sizes...
