Sorry for the delay hope you are all having a nice LABOR DAY weekend (for those in the USA)

The dyno graph posted previously was done in 4th gear and the motor's comp ratio is 9:1

ENJOY!

I love driving this car. It drives so much better than the old set up with the 40R, and has a much broader power band.

Is the EFR8374 EVO yours? If you've run both, what are the major differences in spool/power/general drive - if you don't mind sharing

The car belongs to one of the owners of the shop. The biggest difference between the two set ups are fairly simple. The 40R set up didn't begin to make power until around 6K (give or take) and the new set up starts to develop power much sooner. We also are using 272 Kelfords vs the Kelford 280s we were previously using. Basically we shifted the powerband down in the RPM band, and the car carries the power longer. 4K to 9K vs 6K (give or take) to 9K

So what the maximum boost with the medium actuator you could make with the 3 port or whatever boost control you were using?

Any power left on the table with timing at the same boost level?

I could only boost 1,8 bar on my 8374 with medium actuator and ALOT of preload.

The dyno graph only goes to 7700rpm, what's it like beyond thar. Ie peak power, how much does it nose over beyond that?

The 7670 TS 1.05 setup I sold Leetevo has been dyno'd. He will be posting up the results in the next couple days. Now you'll have some TS results.
