Omni sensor leak
Omni sensor leak
I just did a boost leak test and air is coming from my omni 4 bar. I checked the o-ring and it seems fine. What are the torque specs for those two bolts?

it is an o-ring seal so torque specs matter not. Might check manifold ID vs. o-ring OD to make sure you have proper crush for a seal. I used to make fuel rails, but I can't remember what the delta needs to be for proper seal.
If there is a legit problem, remember that Omnipower will take care of it. If you cant reach them I'll take care of it and then deal with warranty. It should be sparkplug tight if that makes sense. Tight till it stops but not "cranked".
thanks guys for the input. I installed the stock sensor and it sealed perfect. I then looked at both sensors and realized that the o-ring on the omni was a little thinner and brought hope until the stock o-ring leaked with the omni sensor. When I put the stock sensor in it snuggly slides into place where as the omni gives little resistance even with the thicker o-ring. I will try an even thicker o-ring tomorrow and see if I can fix the issue or I will have to swap it out.
