buschur racing mini battery question

so im installing my mini battery and my question is about the negative cable, so were just supposed to unhook it from the engine bay and run it over to the negative post? but whats the best way to ground it? i have the newest buschur racing battery with the alan wrench screw holding down the top so idk if i can use that and ground it there...??? and is there anything i need to know about the positive cable? i still have the red plastic on it, i've seen some guys take that off not sure probably a dumb question but i just want to know everything about this...

Thanks
