I'd guess either the plug was leaking up through the porcelain or arcing in the boot.

It wasn't making proper contact?
Is it copper oxide or soot?

I run individual coil packs and it probably wasn't metal base wasn't properly sitting so fixed that and gave the plugs a good clean with throttle body cleaner and a small tooth brush sized metal brush. Dried it and fitted everything back on and went for a drive.

No missing issues, i am yet to pull the plugs out again to inspect if there is carbon on the terminal nut.

However, no miss issue so could have been resolved.

just an update, found what the problem was incase someone has the same issue. The coil pack springs fell off into the spark plugs. Stretched it out and fitted it again. Issues gone
