Buschur spec JE Pistons install position

Of course the larger pockets should be on intake side, but I´m still in doubt wich is the intake side of the piston. There´s no marking whatsover on any of the pistons.

On the pictures, the pockets to the right are deeper, and the pockets to the left are slightly larger, but just slightly. What´s the intake side?

Good that I still need to bleed the lifters and change the cams on my head. Will keep me busy while someone comes with an answer

Put the JE towards the intake side.

Thanks, but I´m now sure what it means. Is the JE mark under the exhaust side?

The off the shelf JE pistons I had before engine failure had the job number to the timing belt side and the JE mark under the exhaust side.

The larger valve is on the intake side. If you know that, what are you confused about?

EDIT: re-read question. The left side of the piston in the picture you posted is intake side. (Larger diameter valve)

I was still afraid of installing them the wrong away. There´s no such thing as enough info, so I mailed JE while waiting for some posts on here.

Now I have the right directions:

1- The job number on the piston faces the belt side;
2- The JE mark goes towards the exhaust side;
