I recently got a re tune on my car but ever sincey car wants to die and eventually does I have FP 4r cam, and every other supporting mods for my FP black do you think my local tuner did something to the mivec scale

Ticking could be bad lifters or a bad throwout bearing. And before even making a post online I'd call your local tuner, a car that was just tuned shouldn't die. Are you on a stock ECU or AEM/some type of standalone? Look for unplugged sensors just to double check.
I would call your tuner first, maybe you threw a rod, maybe your exhaust shield is loose, maybe Forrest Gump found his way into your engine bay and is snappen his fingers. Be more specific.

also if you are running an fp black and cams... i'm gonna assume you upgraded the injectors...
they tend to tick... also when you installed the cams if you didnt bleed the lifters and prime them properly they will tick...
