Fujitsubo RM01a

There really isnt much in the way of pictures/videos of this exhaust, so I figured I fill the void with some. I'll take some more pictures when it gets a bit nicer out, but these pics/video will suffice.

I've had it on for several months and honesty LOVE the way it sounds. No drone while driving, quiet at idle, and awesome at WOT. Its the perfect combination IMO. If your into loud exhausts, get the greddy Ti-C. (I had it and was good at times; WOT, but the drone was too much for me)

Here are the pictures/Video:

I have the same exhaust. I love it. There's absolute no drone on the freeway cruising at all. I think it's the best investment I had so far.

I had this exhaust before. It's really nice if you want a quiet exhaust (really quite, even quieter than stock at idle!!).

But if you want power, this on is a no-go... it does necks down to 2.5" at all resonators and muffler. I gain a lot of response and power after switch to full 80mm exhaust. But I changed it actually because it was too quiet lol.

Yeah if you want quiet exhaust this one will make you happy

^ strange. Just eyeballing it doesnt seem to indicate that it necks down at the resonators/muffler.

Yup~ I have Fujitsubo downpipe, Megan resonator TP and Fujitsubo RM01a catback. Quality is top notch. . It is one of most quiet catback out there. I will post some pix and videos later~

Im looking at getting this exhaust. Is it 3" all the way back? Is the muffer 3" inside or is it shrunk down.

When you look from the cat side you can see step down at the resonator

^ but it looks like it steps back down to 3" as the rest of the piping. The fujitsubo website says 76.3, but has a weird symbol I've never seen before pertaining to measurements.

"Exit geometry 99φストレート(穴あり) Straight 99φ (in hole)
パイプ径 Pipe diameter 76.3φ 76.3φ"

If anyone who speaks Japanese or is familiar with the symbol want to chime in please feel free

Not sure about the symbols, but there are many reports of the exhaust having step downs and being very restrictive. The restrictions are the reason it is a quiet exhaust setup. Otherwise there is nothing special about the construction of Fujitsubo that helps quiet noise down.

I dont have any personal experience with the Fujitsubo exhausts. I'm just basing my info from what the past owners noticed and also testing done that proved a lot of power loss. Cant remember who tested it but I remember it was mentioned, maybe by Buschur???
