Boost Control Soleniod Capped off??!?

well i recently got a tractrix cable and evoscan and i will be tuning my evo with ecuflash and i was looking at the wg duty cycles on here and boost mods and i went to look at mine today and noticed that it was capped off on both nipples. My car was running way more than 1.5bar it would almost touch 76 in vac on the stock boost gauge the one time i actually nailed it and it hit boost cut i think. So what do you guy reccommend i do? i see a t on the wastegate vac line thats taped off and another on the line by my forge bov. thanks for all your help!

did you just get this car? You need to run either the factory solenoid or a MBC.
