Any one using N20 (NOS)?

just wondering.
Playing with ideas for the mod's for a One Lap car.
The EVO fit's into the "Mid-Priced sedan" class and just about everyone is running N20 (even the corvette which won last year)
The engine needs to last 10K miles with about 20% of that being boosted.
Idea's?
This is a track car that has to live on the street for the one lap (no trailering) the event is about 6K long this year and will be the same next year when i will be making my return to the event

Buschur Racing has set up some DSM's to run in the one lap event in the past....I think the car involved did well and had no reliablity issues, give them a call and make sure I am not talking out my *** though

I don't have it on my EVO, but I do run a 75 shot on my GN. I can tell you some of the benefits on the turbo car in general.

My GN was running too rich, so I did it for these reasons; 1- to lean me out some, 2- cool the charge, 3- more HP (in that order). As a result the car did lean out some and to my surprise it runs MUCH smoother when I hit the juice.

I have a buddy that it going to add a 30 shot on his EVO very soon, in conjunction with a 60-1 turbo. I will let you know. Hope I helped some?

umm....
for the past year i have been hitting a 50hp shot on my evo along with 21psi of boost.
works extremely well. no lag...!
i have it connected to the throttle and as soon as you get on the gas the nitrous kicks in. it feels simply amazing..and this from just a 50 shot.
and i continuously use nitrous....not only on the track.if i happen to run into a scooby or another evo on the highway, it's NOS for em! even if i could beat them without it..it doesnt matter!...lol

Do you have direct port? If not are you going before or after the turbo? BTW- I have the same hookup on my GN, and I get'em on the street too... n2o
