Fp black fuel choice???

Okay so now that I have my Fp black installed and ready to be tuned my last dilemma is what kind of fuel should I use. I was on E85 before the black and I love the power and of coarse the smell of E85. I have the FP black 25psi wastegate, ETS licp, fmic, and uicp, hks 272's, PTE 1000's, areomotive 340, and going to be on speed density. minus the fp black on stock 8 turbo I was at 382/415. Not installed yet is AEM fuel rail and FIC 1680's. My question is, Im about a mile high in altitude and was wondering if E85 is overkill for my stock block.

SO.. do I stay with the PTE 1000's and 91 octane????
OR.. do I install my 1680's high z and do E-85????

Yes I know that limits of my block is around 430 ft/tq. I just don't know with this altitude what to do as far as pump to E85.

I would def use the 1680's and E85 if you can.. As far as keeping the torque down to save your block, you may want to use ecu controlled boost if your not already. That way you can keep the initial spike down, and still make big numbers up top. Good Luck either way.

It's really all in the tune. If you have E85 available and the fuel system to handle it, you should probably use it. My nearest pump is about 10 mi away and I'm considering going E85 anyway. The only issue with the stock frame turbos and big power on the stock block is the torque comes in hard. See what your tuner says about how to mitigate that.

Just go E85, you can keep the torque down by controlling the boost and also the timing...
