Is this Timing Belt timed correctly?

I can't really tell if this is a tooth off or not...the intake may be a half tooth off. These were taken with the crank at TDC so the exhaust side is def on the mark but I'm sketchy about the intake cam.

If it is off a tooth, is there an easy fix without tearing the whole belt off and doing it again? Also, how tight of a belt is too tight? Any way to tell without using the torque wrench on the tensioner pulley?

Thanks!!!

Can you turn the crank manually without any interference?

If so, start the car and it will be obvious if it's off a tooth, but won't hurt anything if it is. You're allotted two teeth on the 4g63 before real damage occurs.

It looks close enough, the marks aren't really perfect. Just make sure you turn the crank several times over before starting the car.

Looking at it again, it does look like you're a tooth off. Match the crank marks first, and get cam gear that's off to line up. It should be very close to the marks.

yes your intake/ mivec gear is off a tooth the crank looks good and your exhaust cam gear looks a little off but i think it is the angle of the pic.

Alright thanks guys...I'm gonna try to slip the belt off, fix the intake side, and slide it back on.

Honestly, I think it was just the angle of the picture. If you rotate the intake cam one tooth, presumably clockwise when looking at it, it will be too far. The mark on the intake cam is between the teeth, whereas the timing mark on the exhaust cam is right on one of the teeth. I guess you can give it a shot though and see if it's better or worse after moving it.
