Thrust Bearing Failure
The thrust bearing (two pieces) is on the #3 main bearing (center main bearing). It is not the crank but a bearing that controls crank endplay.
Man if those fell out I'm sure the thrust bearing is trashed. Probably the crank too.
I give you props just for having the ***** to dig in and try to figure things out OP. Do alot of reading and look at some diagrams of engines to help build a knowledge base up. A chiltons manual is a good place to start too. We all have to start somewhere. We had a saying in the military...."the dumb azz doesn't ask and doesn't know but does anyways." Ask away buddy.

If you lost the thrust bearings due to excessive play, just putting them back in won't solve your problem. Since you had no oil pressure (or very little) you are almost certain to have caused some damage. The safest bet would be to pull and fully inspect your engine. That could save some of the parts that you are likely to damage to the point of no repair if you continue to use it with a short term fix. If you are not able to do that, the next best thing would be to flush the engine and see what kind of debris you get out. Metal? Bad news. You'll still have to pull the pan in order to find out the status of how the oil squirters came loose. You can pull the bearing caps and check the bearings at the same time if you like...
Ya I did pull the pan already thats how I found out I lost the thrust bearing and the 3 oil squirters but there was low oil pressure only in the head because the oil squirters. I tried moving the rod caps to see if there was any up and down play but there isnt. And when I had the engine on just the lifters would tap I didnt hear any knocking...
^doesnt matter if you didn't "hear" knocking. No oil pressure inthe head or anywhere for that matter is not good. Do as stated pull the motor and fully inspect just to be safe. Better safe than sorry and you don't want to be replacing stuff again.
it doesnt take much lack of oil to have the beginings of a failing motor, a little oil starvation really makes the bearings hot, then it is all down hill. your best option is to take it to a reputable machine shop and have them go through it because a small issue today can be a hole in the block next week.
cut open the oil filter and see if you have any debris in there also, that is where you will see how good the build really is/was

The crank walked when it lost the thrust washers and crank moved enough to hit the squirters or the squirters were never tq properly to start with and fell out on their own.
