Car dies and wont start

Story time...

So I start my car the other morning and its idling fine than all of a sudden the car's RPM slowly start dropping, the AFR's on my Wide band slowly go lean and the car stops. I try to start the car again and she won't start. I take a look at the gas guage and it's full as I just filled up not long ago. I figure maybe the fuel pump so I check it and its pumping when Im cranking the car over. I take a look at my fuel pressure guage and it's sitting around 40psi. So i figure the car is getting gas. Just to make sure I drop a couple more gallons in. Still nothing. BTW- running E85.

Next I went and pulled off my Spooln' up COP setup and swap it out with my stock Coils and nothing. I check the plugs and they look fine except a little wet. I let them set out of the car over night and no luck the next morning.

Then I went and did a pressure leak test and it was all good. Thought maybe a hose or something popped off.

One other thing that I am wondering it could be is the Stock ECU. I did read from and write to the ECU just to make sure it was responding and it did do those to things correctly but not sure if that would matter and still could be bad?

So, I am wondering what other things it could possibly be. The car's been a very strong runner and no problems. I'm baffled and looking for a little help on this one. ECU? Maybe clogged injectors? other sensors to check?

A few details on the car:

A 2.3L stroked
FP Black
Running E85
SD Conversion with: Omni 4bar Map, GM IAT sensor, and Spoolinup SD harness
1450cc FIC BluMax inj
Full Blown double pumper
Spoolinup COP
FuelLabs FP reg
AMS Fuel Rail
Stock ECU

i was thinking this too, if you run e85 all the time it can gunk up. try switching between e85 and 93 if possible to give it a clean

I'm sure you know, only if you have a tunned map for it.

Switched plugs, no go. Im going to pull the IACV since the more I read in the forum here seem that may be it. If that doesnt work Ill check the injectors. Even if it does work, I think that Ill send the injectors in to get the cleaned anyways because of the E85.

Have you checked the ignition/coil fuse in the fuse panel by your left knee under the dash and the one under the hood?

The fact that you get 40PSI means your pumps are good, but you still could have vapor lock/air in the fuel system. It's probably not this--but a possibility.

Good luck.

I checked the IACV according to another post and the resistances are within the range they are suppose to be (28-33 ohms) but when I plug it in and I have the key turned on by someone, the valve barely moves in. and Im talking a 1/16" or even. It doesnt move in and out at all. Bad??

Does someone know what Fuse number under the hood and in the cabin these fuses are for sure?

Update:

Checked the "motor" fuses under the hood. all ok. Pulled the #1 "motor" fuse under the dash and it was blown. Replaced it and she fired up! She's back running! There is still something that made it blow and still have an erratic idle. So Im still leaning that my IACV may be bad. But there is also something else interesting. I unplugged my GM IAT sensor thats in my UICP and nothing happened. Normal? Shouldn't that effect the idle as well? Maybe that is the cause. Mind you that I am running SD. Is there a way to log it with Evoscan to see if its logging correctly?
