How should I rebuild?
Well just pulled motor out has 150k... Have 100 percent all bolt ons with pump gas on stock turbo... Going with the green turbo setup but thinking of cracking open the block... Should I do a piston drop in with cylinder hone or bore out... Looking for a high rev torque combo... Already have full ported English head... Any help?
If your gonna crack open the block you mine as well just get it machined and to make sure everything is aok. Never hurts to go 20 over and make sure the crank has a good micropolish on it and have it redone if it needs it. I mean better to start with a fresh clean slate rather then reuse old stuff.

Good choice of parts with AMS, but there are just as good stuff out there for alot less price. As stated above Wiseco 1400 hd pistons if your going a really high hp build, if not then reg Weiscos are just fine. As for rods you can get Manley tt rods, those are nice and should hold up to anything you can throw at them also stated above.

whats your budget man, and do you plan to rebuild yourself.... make sure that if you do crack open the bottom end, for small price of insurance, get some good main and rod bearings, as well as arp main and rod studs, small price to pay now, but worth it when ur banging 8k daily, especially if you go green on high boost, they have a tendency to hit hard tq down low, which makes your rods hate you haha. Another thing i would look into would be cams you said english head, didnt know if cams were in it. Me ive got 35k + on my engine 2.0 on a red on pump similar setup, no problems with mine. Good luck, dont go cheap on any part buy quality less headaches later on.
