get a tuner, remove all your evap/egr stuff, and run a dedicated line from the intake manifold

Don't bother with a write up, it's ridiculous to use 1/4" NPT for a vacuum source (1/8" NPT is the norm), and you should be sealing NPT threads with Teflon paste/tape, not JB weld.
