What exactly am I looking at here...?

Hi! I'm new to this forum and Evo's in general, but fairly mechanically inclined. I bought my 03 8 off a guy, and I found a boost gauge in it. It was like wedged under the the dash in the passenger foot well. He didn't route the cable very well, so I re did it the right way and it reaches now...but anyway....

Where it hooks up in the engine, right under the brace, the "P" bank has nothing connected to it...it's just open? Is this ok? What are these for? The cable for the gauge is connected to the E (I know its pinched I'm workin on it :P)

Also if some one has a detailed engine map/schematic they could provide that'd be, as the kids say, dope.

A '03 only uses two of those nipples. Both are either connected to the EGR valve or to the EGR valve solenoid.

It's a rubber silver colored tube. Looks like metal right? Haha but yea I replaced it with a much longer black tube and it works perfectly now.
