Thumbs up 2 hour 45min Clutch install !!!!!

Gill also known as Superz on this board installed my clutch today in less than 3 hours . He installed my Hks gd max clutch and it feels incredible. Clutch pedal is a little softer than stock and it grabs like a ***** f---a. Gill you get up for a job well done.

glad you like the clutch Nick, remember to take it easy with the launches with this clutch, it grabs alot harder than the stock unit. Good luck!

All I have to say is WOW!! If you can do it in that time, and have done a few, maybe i'll save the time and take it to you. Everyone else I know it has taken 8 hours or more.

I charge $450 for the install, doesn't matter what clutch it is. I sometimes take less than 3 hours but usually around 3 hours. Im a tech for a living and it helps to have all the necessary tools to make the job easier and faster. I already know what sockets I need, deep, shallow, what wrenches I need, what extensions I need, what size prybar I need, etc.. Its a matter of being organized and having a plan and process. KIDBANGA10 car was actually a little bit of a pain since he has the Buschur upper I/C pipe that gets in the way of everything on the top part of the tranny and its not exactly easy to snake out. The HKS clutch also involves about another 10-15 minutes of installing the updated shift fork rod. All in all I think it can be done in 2 1/2 hours IF everything goes as planned and everybolt drops in my hand and not somewere I can't reach. I truly hope you guys don't think that I do a rush job with no attention to quality. Thanx for the props!!Laterzzzz
