some CBRD 2.3's and turbo kits- inside ;)

We have a few nice builds going on right now- during the cold winter- before our silly/busy season hits for track prep-

One is for Michael from Australia- a 2.3 liter Road Race long block- consisting of the 100mm Winberg Crank and Carillo rods with CP pistons (these parts provided by CARZ)- CBRD spec head and machine work was done-

The motor is being fully assembled as a drop in longblock that is going in a crate (along with custom carbon fiber CBRD splitters and so forth, some being done by DHP) to him shortly..

We were supplied with a block, internals seperate, and a bare head- from there machine work and assembly was done

The car will be running a BBK-B-Ball Bearing, Toxic Fab manifold/downpipe, MAP rev intake and milspec tbody, along with some other little bits- the Nice AMS moroso oil pan is on it- and his custom valve cover---

We will be flying to AU this year- to do some tuning and installations and visit world time attack- so will be awesome to see this car in action-

Here are those pics..

Next we have Chuck's car from Tennesee (shipped here along with another evo X we will have a build feature on shortly)

This car came to us with a nice hole in the block- from a line that came off, and 41psi on a BBK full (which had to be a massive amount of torque hee he)

We did a full build on this- featuring:

CBRD LMP tubular manifold turbo setup... with 35RB billet.... and MVR gate---
CBRD FMIC and LMP/LICP
CBRD 2.3RB block with manley TT 100mm crank, Carillo Rods with upgraded hardware, and CP side coated 100mm pistons-
CBRD Spec head with GSC Beehives and seats- with S2 cams-
JMFAB Intake Manifold- with turned tbody flange- and full blown tbody
custom UICP

This car should be pretty nasty on 93 octane and E85-

Here are pics of that build-

note the recirculated wg tube (we do this on ALL of our kits) with flex bellow- and distance from turbo/manifold to radiator-

This blue coupler will be changed

Hope you enjoy- more to come-

Thank you to michael and chuck for having us do two awesome builds-

Not just looks mate , Chad (CBRD) , Lucas (Carz) and myself have some serious research into what we felt was the best setup for this application.

I can't thank Chad and his team enough for their patience with me and my constant emails and requests.
Bling is nice though.....

The time attack Evo at the top is going to be a monster, can't wait to see how it does at WTA.

The airbrushing is nuts!!!

She be a killer broad powerband car! Will be great too see in action!

Chucks car should be one of the most (if not THE most) well rounded built motor street cars we've built!!!

More pics next week!!
