I ran out of fuel with the Walbro 255 on E-85 and 1450cc FIC Bluemax Injectors. 525HP/424TQ on VD (Dynojet Setting).

I installed a Walbro 400 and an adjustable FPR, probably didn't need the FPR. The tune richened up significantly, but I have not been re-tuned for the 400 yet. I'm going to have Tom tune it on the standard wiring, no rewire.

I'm guessing that an adjustable FPR isn't necessary on the stock wiring, but you will probably need one if you do a rewire.
My tuner told me my 1450s are not a Good idea as sometimes he can get them to work and sometimes not. So he said that my single 255 Wally won't suffice for my goal. Of 475-500whp on e85.
But I see Guys running this setup all the time. BTW I'm on stock everything else for fuel delivery.
I'd like to keep my setup. Should I look into another tuner?

He would be correct. Why? Because you would be using excessively large injectors as a band-aid to compensate for the fact that the pump will not be able to maintain adequate pressure when the turbo is at full tilt. When the pump cannot maintain proper pressure across the injectors, atomization suffers, which ultimately costs you power. Those who have gone this route are simply leaving power on the table, and don't realize it.

A single Walbro 267 pump is what you need.

okay but I want to leave room for a little extra, wouldn't it be close to maxing that out. I'm hearing get at least a 300lph pump for that goal. Plan on using Id 1000 with this pump. Jus not sure if the 400 will be over kill. Thanks for the reply

You have much reading to do. In a nutshell, the factory fuel system wiring and lines were not engineered to support a high capacity pump. Nevertheless, if 500whp on gasoline is your goal, you can get away with purchasing a single 255lph pump and a wiring upgrade kit. This will satisfy the fuel requirement for 500whp without causing a pressure drop at WOT, and shouldn't deliver so much fuel at idle that it causes problems from overrunning the puny factory fuel return line.
500whp worth of gasoline is attainable without much expense or hassle. When that figure moves closer to 600whp, the picture changes somewhat.
