weird cold idle problem

okay guys, i am leaning towards a bad IACV perhaps?? maybe someone here can help me figure this out.

okay right after i bought my evo 8 i started having an idle problem all the time wether it was warm or not, the car would be try to idle really low and almost die(sounded cammed) i would have to give some gas to keep it from dieing. i messed with the IACV screw and got it idling perfect at 800-900rpm and air/fuel at 14.5 when warmed/warming up.
But now when i start my evo 8 after it has been sitting for awhile and the engine is nice and cold it idles really low at about 400 rpm or less(sounding cammed) and runs kinda rich. sometimes it would die right after i start it and i will have to start it again and listen to it idle sh*tty for about a minute or so till it gets to warming up.

im thinking its the IACV not adjusting its self anymore and that idle screw is staying where i put it before to keep it idleing good when warmed up? (if thats possible, the sr20det IACV may be way different from the 4g63)

MODS:
MAPerformance long runner manifold
cone air filter
turbo xs downpipe
custom buscher "style" exhaust ( made be the previous owner's cheap ***)
STM EGR block off plate
forge manuel boost controller set at 20lbs
greddy silver turbo timer
turbo XS intercooler

the CEL is on, but i think that may be because of the EGR block off.

thanks for the help guys and gals of evolutionm.net

Did you test the voltage on your iacv to see if it was bad?

so what did you find I'm having a similar issue. Did your volts drop as well when the RPMs dipped??
