there are loads of dyno sheets showing HKS cams flaoting around ehre. JUN is not as popular of a choice here in the US due simply to lack of formal distribution, though I will have a dyno sheet for a the car featured on ourwebsite currently as soon as its done with its latest rounds of mods (being done on west coast) - he is running JUN cams.

All the above cams from Piper to Tomei to HKS to JUN are all done from forged billet blanks.....much ncer than a simple regrind.

Also remember that in order to truly compare apples to apples with cams, they should be spec'd on the same bench. hard if not impossible to do for all practical purposes, but learn how to read a cam card (or ask the right questions), and you woudl be amazed at what you can learn!

Couldn't have said it any better. HKS is more widely available than most other cam companies. No one ever said HKS makes the most power, but they've definitely proven themselves to be very reliable.

On a side note though, John Shepherd uses HKS cams and HEY so do we!

I don't believe any of the options listed are regrinds. I know Works cams are forged billet blanks initially.
And of course only Works sells Works cams. That's kind of obvious.
They all seem to fit in their own little niche of where you want to be and where you are going. Figuring out where you want to be should be the key here. Then decide.

I think thats the problem nobody decides where they want to go before they do anything... so they end up with something that is good for a stock turbo that isnt AS GOOD for a bigger one... look at the big picture and stick to it know where you are going BEEFORE you start...
